- Collaborate with the Metro Sales Team to identify new business opportunities.
Sales Generation:
- Utilize our branded and unbranded portfolios to drive sales and increase customer/gallon growth.
- Present product features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to secure new business.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Identify growth areas and develop strategic plans to penetrate new markets.
- Analyze data to track performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
